Andrzej Nedoma

is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business. He began developing his expertise in the translation industry in 1996.

He successfully developed

a family-owned business into one of the leading players in Central Europe and orchestrated a multi-million-dollar exit. As a Co-owner, Business Development Manager, and later Managing Director of LIDO-LANG Specialised Translations, the company was eventually acquired in 2016 by SeproTec Multilingual Solutions, a global leader in the translation and localization industry based in Spain.

Andrzej Nedoma

is also a Co-founder and former CEO of XTRF Management Systems, a global provider of translation management platforms. The company assisted hundreds of translation and localization agencies across more than 30 countries, enabling them to maximize their potential.

XTRF to K1 Investment Management after attracting Venture Capital investment, expanding internationally, buying out investors, and subsequently executing a second exit, ten times larger, to a major Private Equity fund headquartered in Los Angeles, USA.

supports various businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide as a Business Advisor, Mentor, and Accountability Partner.
